Getting There

If you're traveling in, we recommend staying in San Francisco

Our Friday night event will be in the city. On Saturday, catch the 4:05 PM ferry from the Ferry Building — a scenic 60-minute ride across the bay (arrives at 5:05 PM). A shuttle brings everyone back to SF at 11:30 PM.

Where to Stay

Hyatt Regency San Francisco

Near the Ferry Building — easy access to Saturday transport, plus great views. Note that our shuttle after the wedding will drop off here.

View Hotel

Water's Edge Hotel Tiburon

Right in Tiburon if you prefer to be near the venue. Note that Friday evening events are in the city (accessible via ferry/car).

View Hotel

Airbnb / VRBO

Great options throughout the city. Marina, Hayes Valley, and Noe Valley are our favorites. Plus we live in the Inner Sunset!

Getting Around

In the City

Waymo and Uber/Lyft are both great in SF. Try a Waymo if you haven't!

To the Wedding

Ferry from the Ferry Building at 4:05 PM Saturday — included, just let us know in the RSVP. Shuttle back to downtown SF at 11:30 PM. Ubers available from Tiburon if you need to leave earlier.

Flying In

San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are both about 30 minutes from the city.

Our SF Picks

Eat

Taqueria El Farolito

Our favorite in the Mission, but hard to go wrong there.

Burma Love

Delicious Burmese food! Try the tea leaf salad and platha and dip.

Tony's Pizza Napoletana

North Beach — world champion pizza. Plus we love a Tony!

A Mano

Hayes Valley (where Neesha used to live). Great pizza and pasta.

Drink

Anina

Tiki-style bar in Hayes Valley. Great option before or after A Mano.

Harry's Bar

A classic bar on Fillmore Street, which is also great for walking/shopping.

Tonga Room

Nob Hill — tiki bar inside the Fairmont Hotel. Indoor lake and live music!

Balboa Cafe

Classic SF in the Marina. Try the espresso martinis!

See

Lands End Trail

Coastal hike with Golden Gate views. Beatuiful and leisurely.

Chrissy Field / Marina Green

Walk along the water. Great place to run, Philz coffee truck on the weekend.

Ocean Beach

Beach on the West coast of the city. Can be very windy - bring a jacket.

Golden Gate Park

The best part of San Francisco. Lakes, gardens, de Young Museum, bison paddock.

Coffee

Sightglass Coffee

SoMa — stunning industrial space, great single-origin espresso.

Ritual Coffee Roasters

Mission staple. Some of the best beans in the city.

Philz Coffee

SF original, multiple locations. The Mint Mojito iced coffee is iconic.

Blue Bottle Coffee

Hayes Valley location is the original. Worth the line.
